Data controller. e-auto SpA (Santiago), the group that owns the VERDIO brand. The group may change the data controller and will announce any such change on this page. Contact channel: contacto@verdio.cl.
What data Verdio processes, and why. The data you provide in the form on this site (organization, region and comuna, name, area, email, optional telephone, message, and the language in which you submitted the form) is used for a single purpose: to handle and answer your request for a technical meeting. It is not used for advertising, it is not added to mailing lists and it is not transferred to third parties, except under a legal obligation.
Lawful basis. Your consent, given through the checkbox on the form, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Ley 19.628 and Ley 21.719, Chile).
Retention period. 24 months from the last contact; Verdio then deletes the data.
Your rights. Access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contacto@verdio.cl; we reply from a company address.
Cookies. This site uses no non-essential cookies and no third-party trackers; that is why you will not see a cookie banner. Verdio measures site audience in-house, without user identifiers and without storing IP addresses.
Security of the submission. The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) using POST; your personal data is never included in the URL.
